Just a mile from the ocean awaits OOB Oasis, a 4,700 sq. ft. expansive ranch style home, custom built and fully remodeled in 2023.
Kitchen/Dining
The eat-in kitchen is a true chef’s delight, boasting high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the amenities you need to create delicious meals for your group. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or Gather around the large dining table and enjoy a family-style feast or host a special event in the stunning dining room. The centerpiece of the backyard is a large in-ground pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Lounge poolside or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water – the choice is yours. The pool is open 6/1 to 10/1 (earlier or later as weather permits). The large, flat, fully fenced-in backyard offers a safe place to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities.
Bedrooms
The right wing of the home features an expansive master suite with king size bed. The huge en suite bathroom is the epitome of luxury, featuring a sunken hot tub that’s perfect for soaking your cares away, double vanities for added convenience, and a custom tile shower that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
The left wing of the home offers 2 additional large Bedrooms each with king beds and their own private bathroom & large closet.
Two additional bedrooms with king beds are located off the living area and kitchen respectively.
Location
OOB oasis is perfectly situated, close to Dune Grass Golf & Country Club, close to Turnpike and/or Rt 1 access, a 1.5 mile bike ride/walk to downtown OOB where you can shop, eat, drink, enjoy Arcades or visit the famous OOB Pier. Take advantage of taking the Trolley instead of paying for parking during peak season!
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, garage, backyard, and pool.
Residential neighborhood in Old Orchard Beach 3 minutes drive from DuneGrass Golf and Country Club and 5 minutes drive to the beach. Close to both Old orchard beach and pine point.
The house is on the trolley path for old orchard beach and pine point for easy access to the beach without worrying about parking. In addition the location offers easy access to both route 1 and the turnpike for access to shopping in Scarborough (5-10 minutes) and Portland (20-25 minutes)
The house has a wide and long driveway in addition to a 3 bay garage that guests may use for parking. It could easily accomodate 12 or more cars

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
