One of the most walkable locations in the city of Portland, the neighborhood is home to some of the best restaurants in Portland! My favorites are The Corner Room, The Blue Spoon and Lolita! Along the way are wonderful cafes like Hilltop Coffee, artist-run shops and corner markets like Rosemont Bakery. Walking trails, parks and The East End Beach are all just a short stroll from your door! You will also enjoy easy access to downtown Portland and i-295 from this location. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s on Franklin St, about a 10 minute drive away! If you’re into Yoga, there’s Portland Power Yoga and Lila Yoga about a 15 minute walk as well too!

To get around, here are a few options:
1) It’s 10-15 minute walk to downtown Portland
2) A short and inexpensive Uber ride to downtown.
3) There’s public bus on Congress St that comes by every 20-30 minutes that takes you downtown Portland.
For security, two exterior (outdoor) cameras are mounted above the front door porch and another above the side door, pointing at the driveway.
