Smart TVs are in each bedroom as well as the living room – please sign into your personal streaming accounts and enjoy!
The garage is setup as a lounge area where you can grab a snack while enjoying the outdoor grill, or relax after rinsing off at the outdoor shower after coming back from the beach. Simply leave the bay door open to enjoy the fresh air and create memories while listening to the ocean surf!

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
